We have Kiwi CatTools running on an old Windows 2003 server. I'm attempting to migrate CatTools to a brandy new Windows 2003 R2 virtal machine running under VMware. I have followed (I think) the instructions from the Kiwi web site on migration. However I cannot get my license information to take. I do not have the license email as I was not at the company when at the time and our network engineer (who did receive the email) is no longer with the company. So I've had to resort to entering the license information manually. However after doing so and clicking on "Register" I get a pop up that the license information is not correct. Does anybody have any insight into a resolution to this issue?
