The ping device button within Cattools 3.10 and older versions) does not work in our VM enviroment, when we login to the server with user accounts.
The button DOES work when we login to the server with admin rights. However, i'm just a simple network management guy without admin rights to the server.
Telnet/ssh works fine , it's just the ping that does not work for normal users.
